Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be an experienced key member of the project team delivering all operational activities through to development completion. The purpose of the role is the management and delivery of the housing units and associatedinfrastructure to programme, within budget, safely and to a high standard of quality that will deliver excellence in customer service and contribute towards achievement of the Division’s Business Plan.
Key Requirements of the Role:
Manage your operational team to ensure effective delivery of deliver business plan
Quality and Health & Safety
People management & development
Financial & operational performance
Customer satisfaction
Ensure effective and efficient resource management
Deliver accurate & timeous project information, demonstrating variance of cost of additional works
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external project teams to maximise success of projects
Effectively manage complex, multi-phased and/or bespoke developments.
Ideally experience managing flatted developments
Successful Applicants will posess
- SMSTS
First Aid
Proven experience within the housebuilding sector
Qualified to NVQ level 4
Microsoft Office Skills
