**Facilities Coordinator**

Birmingham Campus

You will be responsible for all day-to-day Facilities matters within our Birmingham Campus, and ensuring all matters are logged and actioned within the Facilities Helpdesk and providing excellence service to all Staff, Students, and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with the Facilities Manager on all Hard Services required which include: M&E, HVAC, Plumbing, boilers, Gas, lighting and Building maintenance works.
- Liaise with the Facilities Manager on all soft services including, cleaning, caretaking, grounds maintenance, waste disposal, recycling, pest control, catering services and decorating.
- Liaise with the Building Management and Landlord teams for the Birmingham Campus.
- Assisting with all Health & Safety matters across QAHE Birmingham Campus. Including First Aiders/Fire Wardens.
- Proactively monitoring the FM helpdesk and assign where required.
- Assist with reviewing current contracts and negotiations.

**Experience/ Skills**
- Strong Admin Skills - PowerPoint, Excel, and word
- Previous experience in Facilities Environment
- Excellent people skills and customer liaison skills
