Conveyancing Paralegal

Service Care Legal are working alongside a Housing Association who are seeking a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join their in-house legal department on a permanent basis. Please find below further details about the position.
**ROLE**: Senior Conveyancing Paralegal
**LOCATION**: Camden, London
**SALARY**: £30,000 to £33,000 per annum
**BENEFITS**: 28 days AL + Bank Holiday, training and progression opportunities

Please note that this position will be hybrid working, and would be a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

**The Role**
- Assistant the in-house Lawyers in providing assistance in relation to Conveyancing matters
- To manage your own personal caseload through to completion
- Matters will include new plot sales, void sales, staircasings, assignments, resales, Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and Social HomeBuy
- Draft and prepare various legal documents including deeds, licences, lease extensions, transfers and any others documents as required

**The Person**
- A law graduate (LPC, LLM or LPC) with at least 12 months' worth of Conveyancing Paralegal experience
- Ability to draft complex legal documents independently with mínimal supervision
- Working knowledge of the legislation around property management, landlord and tenant and contracts including residential leases
- Strong IT skills and ability to adapt to new computer systems would be essential
