Jackson Hogg are delighted be supporting a growing business based in Newcastle on the appointment of a Payroll Administrator.
- Calculating and processing of weekly and monthly in-house payrolls using Sage 50 Payroll, through to sending BACS file to bank
- Timely submissions of RTI\Pension data
- Assisting to ensure all employees across all payrolls are paid correctly and within the deadlines set
- Dealing with new starter and leavers information
- Monitoring annual leave calculations
- Assisting with auto enrolment over multiple companies & liaising with pension provider
- Recording Statutory payments
- Complying with AOE orders, payment of liabilities, dealing directly with agencies/authorities
- Making HMRC Payments
- Liaising and reporting to directors
- Dealing with any payroll related enquiries from Internal Managers
- Posting payroll data and month end payroll related journals to Sage 200.

Experience
- Experience of Sage 50 Payroll
- Strong payroll experience, managing end-to-end payroll with knowledge of payroll, taxation and pension legislation
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship Levy
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Packages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
