**Overview** We are seeking a passionate, dedicated Early Years Educator level 2/ 3 to join our team. 20 hours Term Time, with the opportunities to gain more hours. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to get messy, to sing impromptu songs and drink plenty of "pretend" tea. you should be confident to deliver the EYFS and be up to date with safeguarding knowledge. A paediatric certificate in first Aid is desirable. A relevant qualification in Childcare is essential. GCSE/ functional skills in Math and English **Duties** - Plan and implement educational activities/ experiences that promote the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of children. - Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children. - Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. - Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships. - Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early childhood education and childcare. **Skills** - Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. - Experience working in a nursery or similar childcare setting. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Ability to make children laugh is a must. - Experience with children of various ages, understanding their developmental stages and needs. - A genuine passion for childcare and commitment to fostering children's growth.
