Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) 

Location: Yarm 

Salary: up to £26,000 per annum (with pay progression opportunities) 

Contract/Hours: Permanent Full Time Fun – 40 hours per week 

Closing date: Midnight on the 19th of November 2025

A day in the life of an Early Years Level 3 practitioner

We're looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is ready to jump in and make a difference from day one.  You'll be the kind of person who lights up a room.  Someone who genuinely enjoys being around children and take pride in helping them grow, explore and reach their potential.  In this role you'll be part of a close-knit team that values creativity, play and a can-do attitude. 

Your days will be filled with laughter, learning and plenty of memorable moments, from supporting babies as they take their first steps to helping pre-schoolers prepare for their next big adventure. 

You'll play an active role in planning, fun, stimulating activities and creating a warm environment where every child feels safe, happy and inspired.

What we need from you    

In the role of Early Years Practitioner (Level 3), we're ideally looking for someone who has:  

  • A Level 3 early years and childcare qualification (NNEB, CACHE, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) 
  • A passion for continuous learning and growth, Aligned with our core values and the Spring career pathway 
  • A deep understanding of children's development needs (0 to 5 years)
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
