Working as a Procurement Admin for a Public Sector company completing dutiesperforming general administrative duties and ordering equipment and materials for their projects to support their procurement team.
**Client Details**
The client is a Public Sector business based in Leeds.
**Description**
Key responsibilities include: to assist with the administrative side of the tender process and other procurement activity, filing bid responses, handling clarifications, setting up evaluation templates and sending successful / unsuccessful letters to suppliers,purchase orders, Contract Award Notices, invoicing and reporting + other duties as required.
**Profile**
- Experience within a Procurement, Purchasing or Contracts role.
- Experience within this Public Sector - desired not essential.
- Available immediately
**Job Offer**
