We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our office based team in Ossett, Wakefield. This exciting opportunity will see the successful applicant assisting the senior management team in the administrative duties required to run a high paced, service-based business within our sector.

The job role will include tasks such as:

- Answering the phone and directing calls as required
- Carrying out general administrative duties
- Resolving administrative problems and queries
- Working alongside all areas of the office team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Assisting in Social Media marketing.
- Assisting in site drawings - training will be given.

Key Skills - Essential
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Excellent data input skills (Experience with all aspect of Microsoft)
- Literate and numerate
- Ability to work accurately in accordance with the requirements of the team
- Ability to deal with enquiries in a customer-friendly and effective manner
- Ability to work on own initiative

Industry knowledge and training will be given. An initial 3 month probationary period will be in place.

Hours: 9am - 4pm (Monday to Friday)

Ideal for School/College leaver

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £6.00-£10.42 per hour
