What's in it for me?

We have an opening for a Transport Administrator to join a global transport and logistics company.
You will be working 12 hour night shifts from 7am-7pm on a 4 on 4 off rota.
This is temporary ongoing, with the potential to become permanent after a qualifying period.
Hourly rate is £10.76

**Day to Day Duties**

As Transport Administrator you will be working in a busy Transport Office and your day to day duties will include:
Issuing paperwork, maps and keys to drivers
Liaison with customers, stores & drivers
Input and track drivers on computer based systems
Liaison with other depots
Assist Manager to manage drivers schedules
Issue and control tractor units
Write up breakdown reports and vehicle / trailer defect

**Essential Skills**

To be considered for the Transport Administrator position you will need to possess the following skills / attributes:
Good communication skills
Be a competent IT user
Be able to work in a fast paced environment, within a small team

**Desirable Experience**

If you have worked within a Transport Administrator or similar role it would be advantageous, however it is not essential
