**Day/Night Care Assistant**

At Black Swan Care Group, we are currently looking for day and night care assistants to work in one of our residential care facilities, Valentine House on a full time, 36h/pw, permanent basis, £12.00-12.10 per hour.

Valentine House is a residential care facility for the elderly and residents living with dementia located in Silver End, a small village in Essex, between Braintree and Witham.

**Responsibilities of a care assistant**:

- Support the physical and emotional needs of our residents and their general day to day activities around the home, improving and making a difference to their everyday lives.
- Assist residents with their personal care, including washing, lifting/hoisting, bathing and toileting.

**Requirements of a care assistant**:

- Caring personality and caring nature
- Positive attitude and outlook
- Good attention to detail
- Able to complete physical task
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Flexibility with working hours

Pay: £12.00-£12.10 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
