If this is you and you have a desire to work for a global marketing and communicationsagency onsite at one of their clients site who happens to be a huge household name and brand then please read on. This role will allow you to be a the forefront of the client delivery onsite with the in house team of a fantastic brand whilst learning and developingnew skills.
What you will do as an Account Manager within Print Management?
- Deliver a professional service being first point of contact for both the client and suppliers
- Translate job briefs into accurate, technical creative/studio and print production briefs as per client specification
- Full administrative support in raising and tracking job briefs, quotations, purchase orders and invoices
- Proactively manage workload, time lines and budgets
- Assist in the implementation of large client projects
- Liaise with APS customer services team
- Liaise with APS warehouse and logistics team
- Ensure all jobs closed down for month end invoicing
- Manage jobs delivery / invoiced dates
- Interrogate, query and process data and information that is supplied by our client
What experience do you require for the role of Account Manager?
- Previous experience within a similar role from either print management, POS or manufacturing environment
- Previous Account Management or Client Services or Customer Services experience
- Ideally have experience within Print production
- Ability to multitask and simultaneously manage multiple jobs
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Microsoft office, numeracy skills and commercial awareness
- Flexible and robust attitude and ability to work to deadlines
- Experience within the retail sector would be beneficial
