**We’re looking for a customer-orientated individual with a keen eye for detail to join our Account Manager team.** The right person may have experience within account managment, full training of our industry will be given. You’ll need to have excellent data entry, customer service and leadershp skills, to effectively answer queries and resolve issues in a professionaland timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
- To operate as the point of contact for designated customers and accounts.
- To maintain and develop long-term relationships with accounts
- Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely manor
- To be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- To track and forecast client account metrics
- To be able to effectively manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals whilst meeting company goals simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Managing customer queries and complaints
- Identify any opportunities for business growth with our existing clients
- Cross-work with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients
- Meet deadlines and service multiple clients concurrently
- Maintain and keep records of client transactions
