**Head of Private Client Dept - Yeovil - £45,000 - £55,000**
This reputed multi-office Southwest firm are looking for a new Private Client Solicitor to head up their private client department.
You will work with and manage a small team.
**Matters will include**:

- Declaration of Trust
- Deputyship Applications
- Lasting Power of Attorney
- Probate/Intestacy/Estate Administration
- Registration of Enduring Power of Attorney
- Tax Planning
- Trusts
- Wills
- Contentious Probate

You must have at least 4 years' experience within private client law and be a qualified solicitor or legal executive.
This role is likely to be based in Yeovil, with possibility of other Somerset locations. You should be a car driver with your own transport to visit neighbouring offices when needed.
Full time hours preferred, but those wishing to work 4 days a week should also apply.
