Key Responsibilities for Private Client Legal Secretary Jobs
  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and fee earners within the private client department, including preparation of legal documents, correspondence, and forms related to wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, and powers of attorney.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, arranging client meetings, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient case progress.
  • Handling incoming telephone calls, emails, and post, ensuring that all communications are dealt with promptly and professionally.
  • Maintaining up-to-date client files and legal records, with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
