Refresco, the world’s largest independent soft drinks manufacturer, is seeking a **Recruitment Coordinator** to support our central HR department in successfully recruiting top talent across our 6 UK manufacturing sites. **Working hours**: Hybrid working (2 days WFH, 3 days office based) Monday - Friday 38 hours per week.

**About the role of Recruitment Coordinator**:
You will be a key part of the central HR team, ensuring Refresco can recruit top talent into the business.
**The daily tasks as a Recruitment Coordinator at Refresco**:
- Maintaining our ATS systems for recruitment - SAP SuccessFactors.
- Monitor and audit our use of job boards - ensuring adverts are maintained, managing the budget spent, formatted correctly, employer branding shown, etc.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Writing and posting adverts.
- Raising purchase orders - via SAP.
- Writing and distributing contracts and offer letters.
- Administering our PSL.
- Setting up recruitment events.
- Submitting monthly reports - monitoring joiners/leavers/live vacancies.

**About you**:
- You will have some experience in recruitment resourcing, HR administration, or a similar role - Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Administrator, HR Admin, etc.
- You will need to be a self-starter and driven to succeed.
- Must be able to prioritise a busy workload effectively.
- Good IT skills: You will need to be able to use an ATS or CRM system - we use SAP SuccessFactors and you must be familiar with Microsoft packages.
- Be open to learning new things, this role is varied. Here at Refresco, we all chip in where something needs doing.
- Need to be confident in communicating with various people.
- Accurate literacy skills.
- Good attention to detail.
