**About this role**
Our team in Chesterfield currently have an opportunity for a new team member to join us on a permanent basis to support our customers and BT account teams by providing a top-class service which contributes towards our foundation for business growth.
You will contribute effectively and proactively to the success of the organisation and to be part of a high performing team, working with customers, Account Managers, Service Relationship and Project Managers.
We’ll look to you to possess a good knowledge of a wide range of both simple and complex products and to use this knowledge to progress customer’s orders, faults and enquiries to productivity and quality targets. You’ll update all relevant customer information and progress on back end and CRM systems as applicable to Mobile.
**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Billing and invoicing analyst, looking at customer accounts
- Raising any discrepancies identified
- Leasing with Credit Control and Cash Collections
- Producing reports for the Sales Specialist to presents at Customer Service Reviews
- Producing AdHoc reports for both Clients and Account Managers
- Navigating around the Mobile billing platforms to gather Data
- Log all customer enquiries and pass if appropriate to the next level team to progress to resolution.
**You'll have the following skills & experience**
- Customer Service driven
- with experience in a customer facing environment and the ability empathise with users, good interpersonal skills, display active listening skills, polite telephone manner, courteous - perhaps working as part of a service desk or other industry
- Confident working with numbers and problem solving with numbers
- IT Literate and working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
- Logical; articulate and methodical, analytical
- Work well under pressure
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work as part of a team or own your own
- using your initiative, and know when to ask for additional support
