A global retail business at seeking a Payroll Specialist with experience in **ADP Freedom**. They are based in Essex but offering tonnes of flexibility (twice a month in office). You will be processing end to end payroll in a team. You will be processing a UK and International payroll.

YOU must have recent (last 2-4yrs) **ADP FREEDOM** system experience to apply

**Responsibilities;**
- Processing a monthly payroll (1,000 employees) end to end.
- Drive team performance and achievement of KPIs, in a positive and professional manner
- Ensure correspondence to all internal and external customers is managed in a timely, concise and clear manner
- Ensure all administration and systems are accurate and updated in a timely manner to enable department KPIs to be achieved in accordance with statutory and contractual obligations and timescales to produce the monthly payroll
- Communicate and collaborate cross functionally with other business areas, building relationships to complete tasks in a timely manner to ensure efficiency within the department and business
- Produce accurate regular and ad hoc reporting to internal customers as well as for own function
- Ensure that all statutory and voluntary payroll deductions and payments are made in a timely manner
