Project Support Administrator

Semperian Group are looking to recruit to an experienced Project Support Administrative position, on a permanent basis, based at Churchill Hospital, Oxford. This role will be to support Managers within our SPC office to deliver on our contractual obligationsand will be expected to provide full administrative support as well as general office duties.
This role is expected to start as soon as possible.
**Project Support Administrator Responsibilities**:
- To manage all administrative aspects of the SPC office including; collation and preparation of the project diary inclusive of meetings, preparation of reports and issue of contract deliverables; general office finance tasks such as, checking and processingof invoices for payment, arranging of all travel, stationary and hospitality needs and the monitoring of office IT charges; Document management and timely exchange of related correspondences; and collation of the monthly Board report.
- To support the SPC stakeholder management by; proactively engaging will all project stakeholders, at all levels; chairing fortnightly Defects meetings and managing the associated action tracker, including follow-ups; attending fortnightly ‘Project Level WaterSafety’ meetings, weekly Hard FM meetings and the monthly Liaison Committee and manage the associated action trackers / minutes, including follow-ups; and attending adhoc meetings as required.
- To understand and co-ordinate the delivery of contractual obligations by the SPC team to both the Hospital Foundation Trust and to all stakeholders by; gaining familiarity with the contract documentation to assist with explanations and guidance; understandingcontract deliverables for inclusion in the project diary and arranging associated activities.
- To represent the SPC, and act as its point of contact on all matters relating to the its various services including; chairing various meetings and responsibility for circulation of meeting notes and the follow-up of actions.
**Project Support Administrator Requirements**:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint.
- Experience or knowledge of PFI would be advantageous as would any experience or qualifications in Biomedicine allowing for knowledge of Managed Medical Equipment Services (MMES) and Radiopharmacy
We are looking to appoint an organised and diligent individual who is team orientated but able to work independently. You will have excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and planning skills and be comfortable communicating with both internal and externalcontacts in writing, on the telephone and in person.
