OPM is seeking a diligent and reliable Project Administrator (UNAIDS) to provide project and financial administrative support to the Fast Response UN team.

**This role has two main strands, project and finance administration, and will form the below day-to-day duties (not exhaustive)**:
**Project Administration**
- Full administration support of projects throughout the planning, implementation and dissemination cycle.
- Prepare subcontracts.
- Make project-related travel, visa, hotel and logístical arrangements.
- Maintenance and updating of consultant database.
- Responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures are carried in accordance with requirements.
- Assist with organising workshops, conferences, seminars and training events.
- Provide support to Operations Manager in contacting individuals for the project team.
- Provide support and carry out any other duties required by the Operations Manager and team.

**Financial Administration**
- Prepare sales invoices, work-in-progress and assist with credit control
- Process purchase invoices and advance requests.
- Keep project finance records and provide reporting.
- Maintain project files and archives.

**You will be able to demonstrate the below essential qualifications, skills and experience**:

- Good level of education, ideally degree level or equivalent (not essential).
- Excellent administrative skills, with experience of working in a busy office.
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
- Excellent IT skills including high level of competence with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel in particular).
- High level of numeracy and familiarity with basic financial documents (e.g. order forms, timesheets).
- Ability to illustrate initiative.
- Ability to develop and deliver processes and procedures.
- High level of accuracy and motivation.
- Good organisational skills and the initiative to work with a minimum of supervision.
- Flexibility to cope with several jobs simultaneously and to agreed deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills including a pleasant telephone manner.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to deal with people at all levels.
- Interest and ability to develop personal skills.
- Interest in development issues would be an advantage.
