**Overview**

**What we require**
- Inspiring & leading the best team during service
- Promoting a culture of respect which balances guest focus and an enjoyable place to work
- Being responsible for stock count and ordering
- Contributing to the team development
- Knowledge and passion for Thai food
- Knowledge of classic cocktails
- Passion and experience with wines preferred
- Experience with SevenRooms, Tevalis and Opsyte preferred but not required

**Experience**
- 1 year minimum experience required in the same role
