**The Role**:
The Graphic Designer will take direction from the agency staff and collaborate well with other team members. However, they will also be happy working autonomously, bringing fresh ideas to the client and putting their own stamp of excellence on their work.

You’ll have the opportunity to design creative assets, manage organic social media channels, and support the digital needs of our clients, all while maintaining strong communication with them.

You will also look after SMG’s in-house marketing and collaborate with the team on how to best position SMG to the world.

This role is perfect for someone with strong marketing and graphic design expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Must-Have Skills:

- Marketing experience (preferably in an agency setting).
- Graphic design skills with a focus on digital media.
- Organic social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook - other channels are desirable).
- Web development experience (WordPress).
- Branding Skills.
- Passionate about getting results for clients.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Paid social media ad management (Meta Business, LinkedIn).
- Photography / Videography / Editing.
- Willingness to harness new technologies like AI.
- E-commerce website development skills.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
