ttention all sports enthusiasts and passionate coaches EOLAS+ is on the hunt for the best children's sports coaches to join our dynamic team and help drive our mission of knowledge through sport and educating through movement.

We are seeking individuals who are driven to make a difference and have a minimum of Level 2 coaching qualifications and experience working with children & young people. You must be an engaging and active person with a passion for PE and a desire to coach the next generation.

At EOLAS+, we believe that children's sports coaches play a crucial role in developing young people both physically and mentally. As such, we are looking for someone who is dedicated to the wellbeing of children and has a heart for creating a fun and inclusive environment where children can thrive.

We understand that ambition and drive are important qualities in a coach, and that's why we offer competitive pay scales of £10 - £15 per hour. There will be the potential for more hours and the higher pay scale based on your experience, performance, and commitment.

As a coach with EOLAS+, you can expect to plan and deliver fun and engaging activities for children of all abilities. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with parents and adults, maintain a people-centric approach, and have the children's best interests at heart at all times.

In addition, you must have strong core values that align with our own and a good understanding of venue management and respect of property and as equipment.
