Customer Service Administrator

Our client is currently looking for someone to join their Customer Service team in Woodford.
Training will be given for 4 weeks in the office then working from home.
Shift pattern:
- Mon - Fri - 10:15 - 7pm
OR
Mon - Sat - 9:00 - 17:15 (1 rest day in the week either Tue or Wed)
During the first 4 weeks they will work Mon - Fri between 9:30 -18:15 so that they have the support that they need.
This role starts off temporary and potentially could go permanent after 10 weeks.
**key duties include**:
- Answering incoming calls
- Chasing up orders and deliveries
- Checking stock
**Person/skills**:
- Great communication skills
- Able to work in a fast pasted environment
- Computer literate
