**Product Support Analyst / Solutions Consultant / Solutions Engineer**
Huntress have been appointed to source a technical professional to join this global matrixed social media/ Technology powerhouse.

**Key Info**:

- ASAP Start Date - fully remote (UK Based)
- 12 Month Contract - Extension very Likely
- Payrate - £40.00-£42.00 p/h - £88k p/a
- Must have had exposure to consulting clients in technical topics in various settings.

**Minimum Must Have Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
- Experience with troubleshooting and ticket escalation
- Experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
- Experience of using advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery
- Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, Restful APIs
- Familiarity with SQL

- This is giving the contractor exposure to a larger support structure in one of the largest advertisement and business orgs in the world
- having the exposure over a large Varity of different clients
- a lot of the technology can help develop in campaign management and tech area to further their career moving forward

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Build technical knowledge and expertise in various advertising products
- Provide consultative guidance to sales teams and external clients on best practices and Setups
- Troubleshoot and prioritize technical advertising issues, and escalate to specialists when appropriate for further troubleshooting or de
- bugging
- Effectively communicate technical resolutions, workarounds, and product confusions to the sales and account team
- Facilitate a high-end customer experience related to support for advertising bugs and ensure all support SLAs are met - Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows

**Team**:

- The technical solutions consultant teams whose job is to resolve technical issues within the digital marketing space within EMEA

**About the role**
- Responsible for troubleshooting product issues within the company's advertising solutions
- Working with clients going through implementations and after sales

**Day to day**
- Working on a ticketing system
- Resolving digital marketing product issues
- Driving best practice and liaising with other teams to

**Background**
- 2-3 year's experience working with digital advertising technologies
- Good understanding of web technologies and how websites work
- API experience
- Industry: Someone who has worked for a competitor would be ideal or an agency. The main focus the hands-on experience working with digital marketing products
