If so, we'd love to hear from you in connection with this brand-new role in our UK corporate insurance broking team. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Leicester office.

**What the day will look like**

In this wide and varied role, you'll be joining a highly-focused client service team and will be responsible for a number of key tasks including:

- Negotiating your clients' renewal terms, Mid Term adjustments and cover extensions
- Preparation of comprehensive marketing presentations and the renewal report, working with the Placement Brokers to prepare full cover comparisons as required.
- Communicate terms of settlement to Clients, ensuring premiums are debited (and allocated appropriately where necessary) and assist with maintenance of credit control standards.
- Contribute to the formulation of the Service Plan, Reports, Presentations and any other client documents etc. as required including visits to Clients.
- Actively engaging and supporting the wider client service team, including collaboration with the Aon Global Network, on broader risk and insurance solutions.
- Liaise with colleagues in the Client Service team to fully understand your Clients business and insurance requirements.

**How this opportunity is different**

This is so much more than a standard Commercial Account Handling role. Our corporate team handles large UK or multinational risks across all business sectors. Clients here generate premiums at a high level and require a commercial product portfolio beyond the core UK classes of Property, Liability and Fleet. In this exciting role, you will be dealing with a variety of other risks including Cyber, Professional Indemnity, D&O and many more. Additionally, you'll be able to network across the whole of Aon as we continue to enhance our Aon United proposition.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- UK Commercial Insurance knowledge and experience gained across the core classes of Property, Liability and Fleet as a minimum
- Global programme experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Collaborative, team-playing approach
- Ability to accommodate a steep learning curve underpinned by a thirst for knowledge
- Client focused approach with a desire to provide the highest possible levels of service at all times
- IT savvy with proven Excel skills
