**Starting Salary**: £20,996.30 (rising to £22,004.40 Following Successful Probation)

**Working Hours: Monday** - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Castelan, a leading national furniture care business, is looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our Furniture Care Network First Year team in Weston-Super-Mare.

Located just five minutes from Weston-Super-Mare's town center, our offices offer convenient access by car, bus, bicycle, or walking.

**What You Will Be Doing**

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Meeting daily performance targets.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection and GDPR regulations.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Performing general administrative tasks within our company's bespoke system.
- Calculating costs as needed.
- Booking appointments and managing customer inquiries.
- Solving problems efficiently.

Full training will be provided to ensure that you're well-prepared for all aspects of the services we offer.

**Our Expectations.**

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

- Substantial experience in telephony customer service within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Outlook.
- Strong decision-making abilities and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent computer knowledge and skills, including touch typing if possible.
- Good communication skills, with qualifications in English and mathematics at grade C or above, or key skills level 1 - 2 qualifications.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and contribute positively as a team player who leads by example.
- A professional and customer-focused attitude towards both internal and external clients.
