**Main responsibilities within theReporting Analyst** **position include**:

- Control day to day activities of the MiFID II Transaction and Transparency reporting for Tradition entities
- Daily reconciliations and escalating breaks to the relevant teams
- Manage client communicationsto ensure uploading of their trader data to vendor platform
- Active monitoring of client, vendor and internal queries
- Management of uploading Broker details onto the relevant platforms and external vendor platforms
- Review and co-ordinate UAT testing for MiFID II reporting changes
- Coordination between Operations, Technology and Compliance teams
- Review reporting rejection and conduct deep-dive analysis

**Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across the firm
- Strong Data consolidation/ manipulation experience through Excel.
- An in depth understanding of MiFID transaction reporting obligations.
- Ability to produce analysis, workflows and technical requirement documents.
- Knowledge of MiFID regulations.
- Proven ability to analyse current and future regulatory requirements with the ability to implement into specific processes and systems.
- Basic Product understanding

**Desirable / Advantageous**
- Knowledge of the different reporting requirements for a Broker in comparison to a venue
- Experience with using the TRAX ARM/APA and EDS GUIadvantageous not necessary
- Familiar with XML and JSON language (read only)
