**Sales Administrator | Ilkeston | £25,000 | Permanent**Cherry Professional are working with a leading **automotive** business to recruit in their **administration** department. You’ll provide a link between **customers**, the external **Sales** Team and **Customer Service** to create an efficient and reliable service with the aim to grow **sales**.
- Key responsibilities:_
Processing of **Customer Orders**.
Inputting data onto **CRM** system.
Seeing the **Sales Administration Process** through from start to finish.
Work with all other **departments** including, **sales**, **accounts**, **billing**, **underwrite**, **rental**, **logistics** & **maintenance**.
Accurately putting together **contract documents**.
Effectively plan and organise time to maximise **productivity** and **efficiency** for the individual, the Sales Team and **customers**.
Be **flexible** in approach to work and undertake other additional **administration** tasks as required.
Understand **systems** and consider how they can work in conjunction with the business to enhance **processes**.
Knowledge of **LGV/HGV**or the wider **automotive** industry.
Experience in a fast-paced **admin** environment.
Knowledge of **prospecting**, **closing** and **sales** techniques/best **practices**.
Be **detail**-**oriented**, resilient, **solution** orientated, **adaptable** and comfortable working under **pressure**.
