**Sales Support Administrator**
We are looking for a **Sales Support Administrator** to join the team.
Pyramid Distribution is the UK premier supplier of Remanufactured IT hardware. Established over 20 years ago. The role is full time (Mon-Fri) and is office based.
**The computer Refurb industry is growing at exponential rate due to the demand for Sustainable hardware as opposed to New. This is an amazing opportunity to have influence on the environment whilst getting paid.**
The purpose of the roll is to create an excellent customer experience for our smaller trade customers as well as our online buyers. Release the sales team from all administrative tasks to give them the time to manage the companies larger accounts. Reporting on areas of the business to better efficiency and effectiveness.
**Duties for the Sales Support Administrator Include**:
- Inbound/outbound calls.
- Reporting on customer & sales performance.
- Purchasing.
- Website administration & Customer support.
- Customer quotations and order processing.
- Supporting the current Sales team.
- Accurate CRM data input and ability/willingness to use HubSpot account marketing capabilities.
- Offer proactive feedback and suggestion as a valued member of the team.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years’ experience in Telephone based **Sales Support Administrator**:
- Use of Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel) preferred.
- Basic technical knowledge surrounding PCs & Laptops would be advantageous.
- Quick and accurate typing skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Flexibility to adapt well to change and the ability to use your initiative to resolve issues.
- Extremely conscientious and organised.
**In return/The Package**
- £10 - £12 per hour, based on experience.
- Office hours Monday - Friday
- 20 days leave each year plus 8 bank holidays (Increases 1 day for each year of service)

- Part-time hours: 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week
**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
