The Growth Company (GC) have a vacancy open for an Employment Rescourcer to find suitable customers for vacancies secured by the sales team and provide administrative support when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Circulate vacancy advertisements across existing programmes, job boards and e-shots to ensure the number of customers sourced are maximised for vacancies available.
- Update and maintenance of recording on trackers.
- Produce management information for activity undertaken.
- Update and maintain databases accurately to ensure all activity is recorded.
- Productions of management information reports and highlight activity and progress.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to customers to maximise progressions.
- Participate in digital and face to face events.
- Marketing, networking and promotion of service to partner organisations and customers as required.
- Support with any additional administration duties as required.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to prioritise and organise workload.
- Strong IT skills: experience Working with various systems, including excel spreadsheets and databases.
- Experienced Interview skills.
- Working knowledge with administration or customer service.

**Salary**: Up to £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Helens: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
