**THE JOB**
Reporting to the HR Manager, as Office Administrator you will be responsible for managing the company’s fleet of vehicles (circa 100), as well as assisting across the business with various administration tasks. Working alongside the company Receptionist, you will support the Receptionist day to day and will be responsible for covering lunch breaks and holiday periods on their behalf.
As Office Administrator your duties will include:
Fleet responsibilities:
- Booking MOT’s
- Scheduling servicing and repairs
- The administration of Road Fund Licence’s and registration transfers
- Raising purchase orders
- Ensuring Insurance Broker is made aware of vehicle changes
- Updating tracking and dashcam administration systems
- Ordering/cancelling fuel cards
- Liaising with insurance company regarding incidents and claims
Reception and administration responsibilities:
- Liaising and assisting with reception duties and cover in Receptionists absence
- Any other general administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the business
**THE PERSON**
- Excellent communicator both verbally and written
- Excellent people skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- A professional person, able to interact effectively with a wide variety of people
- Able to project a positive, welcoming image of the company at all times
- Level-headed, and capable of keeping order in a hectic working environment
- Self-motivated, able to independently prioritise
- Strong IT skills including all the MS Office package
- A current valid driving licence is preferred, but is not essential
