Sales Co-ordinator

**_Position: _**_Syncros Co-ordinator_**
**_ The purpose of the role.Job _**
- To promote and encourage awareness of the Syncros product range within the flooring _trade and other target markets. To provide a sales / technical support role to all _prospects, and develop sales to achieve set targets with maximum profit. Secure major specifications._
**_ Key Tasks_**
- _To run a daily recall listing from the maximiser and co ordinator record sheet. _
- _To telephone each company on the recall listing to obtain information and promote the Syncros range. _
- _Identify further opportunities within architects and construction companies and update prospects with current projects and companies within that group. _
- _Make appointments where necessary. _
- _To receive incoming sales enquiries from existing customers and new Syncros prospects. _
- _Send company product literature (including samples) where and when relevant or requested. Where possible, direct the customer to our website. _
- _To follow up quotations, tenders and information in line with the recall list to promote the Syncros range and secure direct purchase orders. _
- _To ensure all sales orders and purchase orders are loaded within 48 hours._
- _Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to develop opportunities and margins. _
- _To prioritise workload according to current targets and to achieve targets set. _
- _Deal with cancellations/customer complaints and liase with relevant departments. _
- _Any other duties required._
