We’re recruiting at our Bakery in Oakham where we produce our Cakehead branded products for a Technical Coordinator to join the Cakehead Technical Team..

Cakehead is a fast growing brand serving both the Customer through direct deliveries and direct to Farm shops delis and Coffee Shops across the UK and Ireland

The Cakehead also within the group produces white label products for a number of well know brands on the high street.

**Technical Coordinator Role & Responsibilities**:

- Provides expertise through Quality Management Systems Knowledge.
- Displays drive and motivation to continually improve quality based performance.
- Demonstrates active involvement in solving problems.
- Plays an active part in building QMS capability across site.
- Responsible for laboratory management and other QMS duties.
- Supports and process confirms operations quality control responsibilities.
- Displays strong IT skills and capability.
- Provides governance and ownership of Quality Index and other monthly reports.
- Responsible for internal and external audit processes.
- Creates positive and collaborative relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Looks and encourages others to find “waste” opportunities in everything that we do.
- Seeks out improvement opportunities within the workplace and converts to own projects.
- Owns and delivers initiatives and is recognised for these.
- Utilises all available opportunities, enabling others to improve the way we do things.
- Collaboratively works with other teams to improve our business.
- Supports team to demonstrate CI contribution through PDP process.

**What makes a successful Technical Coordinator at Cakehead**
- Previous Technical Coordinator experience
- Strong influencing and communication capability
- Advanced problem solving
- BRC audit experience
- Word and Excel literate
- HACCP Level 3
- Advanced Food hygiene
- internal auditing training

Working: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Based : Factory based in Oakham

**Salary**: Very competitive dependent on experience
