We're looking for an eCommerce Executive who will be responsible for developing, managing and optimising all aspects of RIOT's eCommerce presence, including website design and usability, search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing/advertising initiatives, social media, customer service initiatives and analytics. Customer Experience is a key focus in this role, from utilising technologies and resources to ensure that customers can easily find products or services quickly and accurately to online chat support as well as ensuring our eCommerce customers and unique and satisfying 'opening experience'.

**Responsibilities**
- Management of the company’s websites, adding new products, returns management etc.
- Develop and deliver strategies to drive SEM & SEO.
- Constantly monitor the web analytics to manage website activity and performance, providing recommendations of change.
- Provide order, shipping or technical support to customers.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on SEO, SEM and and analyse conversion numbers.
- Ensure product information, offers, shipping and terms & conditions are always up to date on the websites.
- Management of payment terminals, ensuring compliance is met.
- Provide design ideas and campaign plans to drive traffic to the websites.
- Manage the online chat services.
- Blog management and creation.
- Work closely with designers and finance on packaging and POS for online orders.
- Keep on top of legislation updates regarding online retail and implement such as GDPR, age verification etc.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience of working in an eCommerce role.
- Solid eCommerce understanding with a passion to always look to improve end user experience.
- A creative eye for website design.
- Analytical and inquisitive.
- Highly literate with excellent copy checking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A high level of organisational and planning skills.
- Good IT Skills in systems, Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets, Docs etc.

Desirable
- Coding for Shopify.
- Basic web developer coding skills.
