Nationally, mental health services are facing the most significant transformation of recent times, during an exceptional period of time in history. Significant growth and transformation of the mental health workforce is needed to meet the requirements of the NHS Long Term Plan (LTP).

**In response to this, we have developed a dedicated workforce planning team working to support both Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust (SPFT) and the wider Integrated Care System (ICS) to deliver the workforce challenge.
