We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Ramp Agent to join our team. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of ground services at airports. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Aircraft Loading and Unloading**:Safely load and unload cargo, baggage, and other items onto and from aircraft, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure stowage.

**2. Baggage Handling**:Transfer baggage between terminals, aircraft, and baggage claim areas, following established procedures to prevent damage or loss.

**3. Aircraft Servicing**:Perform aircraft servicing tasks, including refueling, towing, and deicing, in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.

**4. Equipment Operation**:Operate ground support equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts to transport cargo and baggage to and from aircraft.

**5. Safety Compliance**:Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate protective gear and following established procedures for the handling of hazardous materials.

**6. Communication**:Coordinate with airline personnel, ground crews, and air traffic control to ensure smooth operations and timely departures and arrivals.

**7. Maintenance and Inspection**:Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities, reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management for resolution.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a physically demanding environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances.
