We're hiring a Social Media Executive to join our growing Alliance Investments family. Alliance Investments are founded on three decades of developing, selling and managing property and have an unrivalled understanding of the UK property market.

As part of Property Alliance Group, the Alliance Investments team has a proven track record of marketing, selling and exchanging off-plan properties within several of the group’s landmark buildings, as well as carefully selected new-build housing projects from other partner developers.

At our company, we value creativity, innovation, and teamwork. As a Social Media specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's online presence.

This role would be perfect for someone in the first few years of their marketing career who has experience coming up with social media ideas, filming and editing content for channels like Instagram or TikTok and for someone who wants to work in a brilliant, supportive team with a great brand and budget behind them.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok
- Monitor social media channels for customer enquiries, comments, and feedback.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse social media data and metrics to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing and design) to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Hands on content creation of video and other media
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a previous social media role is essential.
- Desire to be part of a fun, hard-working team.
- Willing to take on an office-based role with site visits for filming.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
