As the largest independent provider of NHS services, Practice Plus Group is delivering a new model of Integrated Urgent Care that reduces pressures on services and staff. By bringing together NHS 111 call centres, clinical assessment and other urgent care services,we enable patients to access the right care, when they need it. It’s better for everyone.
As a **Salaried Coordinator** at our OOH service, you’ll be a single point of contact and liaison for all members of this multidisciplinary team, as well as other internal and external services. You’ll provide coordination and support to ensurethe smooth running of shifts - and respond swiftly and efficiently if there’s any breakdown in the service. This could include making comfort/safety calls to patients when required.
This is a **Salaried**post but we are also looking for people to work **Bank**, which enables you to **choose**to accept the **shifts** you want. However, to support our Out Of Hours services, we will expect you to be **available**to work around **15 hours a week, across evenings and weekends for both Salaried and Bank.**
**What you will get**:

- Pay: **£11.24 per hour** (Monday-Friday, 08:00-23:59); **£14.21 per hour** (Monday-Friday, 00:00-07:59); **£13.41** per hour (Weekends, 08:00-23:59); **£15.97** per hour (Weekends, 00:00-07:59).

- 25 days’ annual leave, increasing with service up to 28 days per year + bank holidays.
