EHCP Coordinator Position ID: 9371Contract: Permanent Part‑time (18.5 h/week)Salary: £39,862‑£41,771 pro‑rata per annumGrade: JLocation: Norwich Overview Are you an enthusiastic professional, highly skilled in relationship‑based practice? If you have experience in the special education sector and a commitment to facilitating positive outcomes for children and young people, we want to hear from you. You will join our highly skilled team within the Family Help & High Needs SEND Service, driving forward performance improvement and quality of Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs). Responsibilities Collaborate with schools, parents, healthcare professionals and local authority colleagues to gather relevant information. Coordinate and manage the EHCP assessment, review and placement planning process. Ensure that EHCPs are accurate, comprehensive and reflective of the individual's needs. Act as liaison with external stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of support services. Keep up to date with legislative changes and best practices in the field. Qualifications & Expectations Highly motivated, person‑centred, well‑organised. Experience in the SEND field and familiarity with the legal framework.
