**You must be able to travel to Crewe CW2 easily to be considered for this role.**

This is an amazing opportunity for anyone wanting to start a career in Business. If you have an interest in business this could be the apprenticeship for you. You will gain a wealth of knowledge and an advanced Level 3 Business Administration Qualification whilst working full time in this role.

You will be supported along the way in the workplace and by your assigned assessor to ensure you get the most out of the Apprenticeship.

**Responsibilities**:
Working within a busy recruitment office supporting our friendly team with all their administration needs
Meeting and greeting customers face to face with a helpful attitude, warmth and respect at all times
Telephone call handling
Handling of queries and complaints, relaying accurate messages

Payroll processing
Processing holiday requests
Providing administrative support to the Branch team
Database maintenance
Reference and DBD check completion
Photocopying, scanning, filing
Timesheets obtained from the clients in time to meet the internal deadlines

**Qualifications**

GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4 / C) Desired

GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4 / C) Desired

This is an Apprenticeship role, your Apprenticeship will take approximately 18 months to complete. You will be paid the National Apprenticeship wage of £6.40/hour for the first 12 months of your apprenticeship. After 12 months your wage will increase in line with NMW.

Pay: £6.40 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
