As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Processing and Appeals Handler.

Role Overview:
As a Processing and Appeals Handler, you will be responsible for handling parking charge appeals, reviewing evidence, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry guidelines. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a fair and efficient appeals process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and process appeals from motorists in line with company policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Review evidence, including photographic and written documentation, to make informed decisions on appeals.
- Communicate appeal outcomes professionally via written correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, enforcement officers, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all cases are handled within required timeframes.
- Stay up to date with relevant laws, industry best practices, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling queries and complaints in a professional manner.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in appeals handling, administration, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and interpret evidence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Knowledge of parking enforcement regulations (desirable but not essential).
