**About the Role of Credit Controller**:
Based out of Doncaster we have an opening for an Accounts Assistant / Credit Controller to join our business. Working in a busy central services function, your responsibilities within the company will be to provide a high level of customer service, credit control and accounts support. You will need to be proactive, organised, and have excellent attention to detail.

Main Duties for the role of Credit Controller include, but are not limited to;

**Credit Control**
- Posting Payment receipts accurately onto Customer accounts
- Resolving customer queries and raising credit notes
- Sending customer statements
- Checking and renewing credit limits on an on-going basis
- Carrying out customer Reconciliations
- Setting customer accounts up
- To assist in monitoring slow paying accounts
- Maintain a good relationship with customers

**Purchase Ledger**
- Inputting and posting supplier invoices and expenses
- Resolving invoice queries and raising credit notes
- Processing Company Credit Card statements
- Requesting supplier statements
- Carrying out supplier Reconciliations
- Ensuring supplier accounts are kept up to date
- Assistance with statutory reporting to HMRC
- Maintain a good relationship with suppliers
- Monitoring the accounts phone line

- 5 GCSEs grade 5 or above
- Strong attention to detail
- You will have excellent work ethic and be focused on reaching your deadlines on a daily basis.
- You will have an outgoing and friendly personality and will take pride in overachieving and getting through your workload.
- It would be advantageous if you had some experience working within an Accounts team but not essential.

In addition, you must be outgoing and a very confident communicator and have the ability to build a rapport with people as working for Navartis and external partners this is key to the success of the role.
