**About the Role & the Team**

This role will provide an opportunity to support the Finance department, by undertaking a range of necessary tasks and identify solutions. The role involves ensuring timely payments are made for the Heras Permanent ledger and managing debt recovery.

This role will be based in our Doncaster office.

**Role Overview**
- Accurately posting sales receipts & reconciliation of sales ledger
- Raise & post sales invoices to sales ledger
- Keep precise records of outstanding retentions
- Work towards and meet monthly targets for improving working capital & driving down Debtor Days as well as other KPIs
- Build both internal relationships with Project Managers and external with customers
- Manage and review credit limits by arranging periodic credit checks
- Taking credit card payments via phone & bank cheques to ensure receipts are banked in a timely manner
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required in which you adequately trained to carry out.
