Atkinson Moss Are delighted to be working with a Wymondham based company, with an excellent reputation and impressive client list, in their search for a new Contracts Manager.

The role is open at a trainee level (although applicants must have experience within the construction industry) or more experienced level, and the salary will be adjusted accordingly.

It’s a full time, permanent role with bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company car or car allowance, pension contribution and ongoing investment in training and personal development.

Applicants looking at the top end of the salary must have experience in managing smaller, high volume, concurrent projects within the construction industry. Experience of mini-piling and/or geotechnical engineering industry would also be very welcome butisn't essential.

**Key elements of the role**:

- Effectively managing site staff, suppliers and sub-contractors on a day-to-day basis.
- Setting up of and managing multiple sites from commencement to completion.
- Site inspections
- Production, procurement, and planning of daily operations.
- Health & Safety at Work Act and associated legislation.
- Monitoring project progress and providing training, guidance and assistance as required by site teams.
- Assisting with preparing tenders
