**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installation of doors and windows, and cabinetry work.
- Undertake plumbing work, including installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and fittings.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques with a strong understanding of building codes.
- Experience in roofing methods and materials with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with plumbing systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Basic electrical knowledge with the capability to perform installations safely.
- Strong aptitude for using hand tools (saws, drills) and power tools (sanders, grinders).
