Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills in various trades, enabling them to undertake a variety of tasks across construction and maintenance projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installation of doors and windows, and cabinetry work.
  • Undertake plumbing work, including installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and fittings.

Skills

  • Proficiency in carpentry techniques with a strong understanding of building codes.
  • Experience in roofing methods and materials with an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of construction painting processes, including surface preparation and application techniques.
  • Familiarity with plumbing systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Basic electrical knowledge with the capability to perform installations safely.
  • Strong aptitude for using hand tools (saws, drills) and power tools (sanders, grinders).
