**The role**
Norton Motorcycles are seeking an Aftersales Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional service experience to our dealers and riders worldwide.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our dealer network when it comes to parts orders, queries, and support. You’ll process orders, manage enquiries, and build strong working relationships with our dealers, while ensuring seamless coordination with our warehouse and internal teams.
**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of dealers
- Manage the off-site 3PL warehouse to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
- Support with invoicing for parts orders and follow up with dealers on invoice queries
- Communicate proactively with dealers regarding supplier or logistics delays
- Create and distribute order management performance metrics
- Actively work to improve the order management function and parts support to our dealers
- Share important updates with internal teams and escalate issues when required
**Personal Specification**
- Highly process-driven with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and solutions-focused in your approach
- IT Literate (Microsoft Office)
- Strong communicator, confident in both written and verbal interactions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in aftersales, order management, or customer support is an advantage
