Chief Revenue Officer / Sales Director - Healthtech & AI Opportunity for a C-level business development & revenue generating individual to join a highly ambitious early stage Healthtech AI software company as the CRO (Chief Revenue Officer). Your objective is to facilitate and foster rapid growth of the company and its products by creating new business opportunities, both client-oriented and partner-oriented. In doing so, you will create stable ARR streams to support the company's ongoing journeyto becoming a £Bn+ value company. The company is currently in the early stages of growth, having just released its first product and looking to close sales in the current pipeline in the short term. The company is already revenue generating with existing case studies and reference clientsto build upon. Being a seed-stage business, the role will require you to be agile and inventive in your work ethic and approach to market. This is a greenfield opportunity to be innovative in almost every aspect of the role. The company is not a "fit the mould"type of company - you will look to nurture an entrepreneurial attitude within the BD team and approach to market. Once you are established you will build out and recruit your own dedicated BD team. You will ideally have experience of selling AI (ArtificialIntelligence) or Technology based solutions to Health and Pharma based companies in both EMEA and the US. The chief immediate target is steady growth in the short to medium term and rapid growth thereafter once the product reaches a level of maturity. Initially you will be "hands on" and therefore be happy to garner and foster new leads, develop them through thesales pipeline (the structure of which you will take full responsibility for) and close those leads to execution. In the early stages of the business there will also be an element of maintaining client relationships before that can be taken care of by a dedicatedteam. As such, you will be free to, and have done so before build the right pipelines and processes in conjunction with the CEO to best suit the needs of the business.
