We have a fantastic opportunity for a ambitous recent graduate of Art to join an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' rated Secondary School in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly supportive Learning Support Team where the creativity offeredby your artistic background will be given room to shine. This Teaching Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to build experience raising the academic attainment of children through 1:1 support for those students who need it most, such as those with weakcritical thinking + creative skills, English as a Second Language, and Complex Needs.

Do you have ambitions of becoming an Art Teacher? This Secondary School in Reading have a dedicated Teacher Training programme to support you through the School's Direct Route into teacher training, with 17 teachers trained at the school already.

The Role:

- Art Teaching Assistant.
- Immeidate Start.
- Reading.
- £65-£80.
- 1:1 and small group support.
- Will support students with English as a second language, weak critical thinking skills, and SEN students.
- Creative graduates welcomed.
