Our CARZ dealership in Edinburgh is currently looking for a Sales Controller/Business Manager to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Sales Controller you will help lead and develop our Sales Teams to achieve or exceed Unit, F&I and Value-Added Product objectives. You will work as one collaborative unit to produce personalised video presentations where relevant and to welcome guests, taking them through the sales process in a totally guest centric manner. Whilst the product genius’s support specific parts of the sales journey, you and the Sales Executives are responsible for. The Sales Controller is responsible for supporting guests through their e-commerce journey using a range of tools to enable the guest to complete their transaction online or remotely. Such as presenting offers, concluding orders, processing the paperwork and achieving the financial objectives. The separate Handover team conclude the guest journey delivering a World Class Handover and following up to ensure guest satisfaction.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Managing the incoming digital the leads and their distribution to the team.
- Setup of prime time and ensuring the team have the scripts needed for campaigns
- Ensuring leads are followed up within a strict time period.
- Citnow’s are being sent out for all incoming all coming leads.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.

What you will need
- Experience within the motor industry with a Senior sales advisor, Sales Controller or Business Manager role
- A high level of professional acumen and have an outstanding work ethic
- Exceptional relationship building skills, with team and customers
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives & Trainee Sales Executives
- Experience selling cars online
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- IT literate with a full UK driving licence.
